Cancellation Policy:
We do understand that from time to time things happen and you may need to cancel your appointment – we do have a strict cancellation policy – all cancellations within 24 hours will be charged the full cost of your appointment.
If you fail to turn up for an appointment – you will be issued a cancellation fee – for the full cost of your appointment.
If we can reschedule you within the same week – in another appointment – we will waive the cancellation fee.
You will be sent a reminder email and SMS 48 hours before your appointment – upon receiving this reminder / or confirmation of your appointment -= if you know you are unable to make the appointment – please call us on 0412 789 772 to reschedule your appointment.
We are a service-based business – as a result – if we don’t see clients – we are unable to pay wages to our employees and pay for our bills.
We don’t like to issue cancellation fees – however – if you do cancel within 24 hours – as per our policy – you will be charged the full fee – this is also clearly stated on the cancellation policy that you sign on our first appointment and all recurrent SMS appointment reminders.
All cancellation fees must be paid for in full – before you can rebook another appointment with us.
