How do I place an order?

You can order through the online shop, or by viewing the product and clicking on the add cart button underneath, or next to the product that you would like to order. You can then view your cart. If you do not wish to order through the online store, you can email julia@rebalancetcm.com or phone 0412 789 772 and place an order this way. Payment can be made via PayPal or via bank deposit.

All Herbal Teas are $15 for 50g and shipping for up to 3kg is $9.50 sent via registered post with Australia Post. $9.50 is for any where in Australia. International prices will be based on weight on the country to be sent. International Shipping may be from $30 and upwards.

Packages over 3kg are $15 for shipping, anywhere in Australia.

Please allow 3-4 buisiness days for delivery. An email will be sent once the product has been posted with your registered post number for tracking.

 

How do I make payment securely?

To pay securely, you may use the buy now PayPal button. To pay via email please use julia@rebalancetcm.com, If you wish to pay via bank deposit, please email julia@rebalancetcm.com or phone 0412 789 772 for bank details. You can also pay via phone using Visa or Mastercard.

What about returns or refunds?

If you have ordered the wrong tea or decide the original purchase is not what you wanted, a refund may be issued within 30 days of purchase, providing that the product has not been opened or used, and is returned in its orginal state. Refunds will only be issued if the product is faultly. Refunds will be issued via bank deposit or PayPal.

 

Speacial Offers

From time to time we run promotions on our products. In the case of overlapping promotions, coupon codes from two different promotions cannot be used simultaneously.

Privacy Policy

Rebalance Chinese Medicine keeps your personal information safe. We take your privacy and security seriously. The server that we store personally identifiable information on is kept in a secure environment. We do not provide any third parties with your personal details unless absolutely required as part of the order fulfillment process (banks or courier companies for example) Your contact information and billing details are needed for Tea Total Ltd to create your account and to process and deliver your orders.

CREDIT CARD SECURITY

Rebalance Chinese Medicine does not store credit card information on our website or in our database. Your credit card details have the security offered by Flo2Cash using industry-standard 2048-bit Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption technology. This prevents information from being intercepted and protects your credit card number when we store your order. Credit card details are sent directly to the bank via DPS Payment Express for processing. No actual card data is held or used by Rebalance Chinese Medicine.
