Description

The Energy Tea has been designed to boost your energy levels, and is perfect to be taken in times of high stress such as studying for exams, working late, overexertion, or burning the candle at both ends, it is great for mums on the go as well. It can be used to assist with fatigue, lower energy in the afternoon as a perfect pick me up and after a night of interrupted sleep instead of black tea and coffee. 

Ingredients: Gotu Kola, licorice, withania, vervain, nettle leaf, wild oats, scullcap.

Please note this tea can be adapted to add Ginseng if you would like.
